Methods of interpretation of the Practices and meanings of Physical Education

Abstract
In this text we address Weber's sociological method with its theoretical categories of "ideal types" and "social actions" as work tools that allow us to process empirical data extracted in fieldwork during the monitoring of various Physical Education practices. The comprehensive sociology of the summoned author provides us with methodological theoretical inputs to discover the social meanings of the various forms of conformation of Physical Education practices, providing explanatory power to their rationalities of these various manifestations available in the fabric of culture.
